Cancellations:
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of reservation. A one night's room and tax charge will be posted to the guest's credit card at time of booking. This deposit is refundable less a $25.00 fee in case the reservation is cancelled within 7, 14, or 21 days of arrival date, depending on the season. During 'special event' dates, the full value of the reservation (room +tax) will be posted to the guest's credit card at time of booking.
Reservations can be cancelled for a $50.00 fee up to 7, 14, or 21 days prior to arrival (depending on the season). Late cancellation is subject to a penalty charge of one night's room and tax. During 'special events' dates, late cancellation is subject to a penalty charge equal to the full value of the reservation (room + tax)
In the event that a guest fails to check in for a guaranteed reservation ('no show'), the initial deposit will be forfeited.
Reductions in the length of a reservation (before check in) of a change to a lower category room type are subject to a $25.00 fee
Reductions in the length of a stay (after check-in) are subject to a $50.00 early departure fee. On 'special events' dates reductions in the length of stay are subject to the full value of the room stay (room & tax)
